1. **Right of Withdrawal**

- Return Period : Customers have up to 14 days after receipt to return their products.
- Condition of Products : Products must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original packaging. Incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled items will not be accepted for a refund.
- Return Method : The cost and risk of returning products are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

2. **Refund**

- Refund Criteria : If the return meets the stated conditions, GlowJoys.com will refund the full purchase amount, but the initial shipping costs will not be refunded and are the customer's responsibility. 
- Refund Timeline : The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned products.

3. **Non-Conforming or Defective Products**

- Reporting : In case of a non-conforming or defective product, contact our customer service at info@glowjoys.com for instructions.
- Return of Defective Products : Return shipping costs for defective or non-conforming products will be covered by GlowJoys.com.
- Refund for Defective Products : If the product is confirmed to be defective or non-conforming, the refund will include the full amount of the returned products as well as the initial shipping costs.
